Welcome back to this week’s writing challenge prompt.
You have an endless dictionary of words at your disposal, but this week, you’re losing one important tool in your writing toolbox.
Write a one-page story without the letter B.
You’re going to think harder about your word choices than ever before. Even if you can’t make your story an entire page long, focus on the skill you’re practicing.
By leaving a letter out, you’re going to pick your words purposefully. It means evaluating what’s the most effective description and which words are necessary. When you return to your regular writing, you’ll feel unlimited, but you’ll also weigh your words with a new perspective.
